Matthew Tilden is known for his culinary practice and outside-the-box thinking and baking. His original Bed-Stuy bakery Scratchbread was much acclaimed for serving the local community with sticky buns, flatbreads, and grits. Matthew’s latest venture is called 7 Grain Army, and it’s based in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. 7 Grain Army offers healthy alternatives to typically processed foods.
